Privacy notice

Who we are

K Style Ltd, Business Centre, Drumlonagher, Donegal Town, Co. Donegal, Ireland, is responsible for the personal information we receive through enquiries. Contact us on WhatsApp or call +353 83 020 5898 with privacy questions.

Enquiries

The enquiry form prepares a message in your browser. It does not submit your details to a website database. Choosing WhatsApp opens that service; you review and send the message there. Avoid including sensitive personal information.

When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, room measurements, photographs and message. We use them to answer questions, prepare requested quotes and discuss a showroom visit. This processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible purchase. We retain enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and related business or legal obligations; the period depends on the nature and outcome of the enquiry.

Website and third-party services

The website does not add advertising or analytics cookies. Hostinger hosts it and may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the service. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces and receives browser requests. WhatsApp, Google Maps and social networks process information under their own policies when you use their links. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable transfer arrangements.
